Meet the Manager

Ashlea (Maternity Leave)

Hi, I’m Ashlea, the Manager and designated safeguarding lead for Toad Hall Nursery in Walton-on-Thames. I have worked in childcare since 2008 and hold a BA Hons in Early Years and Childcare. 


Working with children is one of the most rewarding roles there is and I absolutely love my job here at Toad Hall, getting to spend my days with such lovely children and leading a wonderful staff team. I have found Toad Hall to be one of the best companies to work for and love how dedicated they are towards their staff, parents, and most importantly their passion for delivering the very best standards in childcare. Sarah (Maternity Cover)

Hi my name is Sarah, I am covering Ashlea whilst she is on Maternity Leave. I have achieved my Early Years Teacher Status and am the designated safeguarding lead for Toad Hall Nursey Walton-on-Thames. I have always loved working with children ever since I was young. From supporting children in coaching sport to finding my passion in early years. I am an advocate for outdoor learning and love the outdoor space that the nursery has to offer.
