We offer a comprehensive curriculum that nurtures creativity and development through sensory play, outdoor exploration, cooking, gardening, and more. By integrating eco-friendly initiatives and nature-based play, we inspire a love for the environment and instil sustainable habits from an early age. Each of our nurseries provides a wide range of extra-curricular activities, enhancing children’s experiences and broadening their learning opportunities.
Settling in to nursery life
To ease transition, we offer settling-in sessions during which children get to know their dedicated key person, while the key person helps them feel settled, happy, and engaged in activities, as well as learning about the child’s interests, dietary needs, and daily routine. These sessions also allow children to become familiar with the nursery environment, ensuring a smooth and comfortable start to their nursery experience.
We pride ourselves on fostering strong partnerships with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress, and offering opportunities to support and enhance each child's unique learning journey.

Gail Tanner
With over 25 years’ working in the early childcare industry, I have seen a lot of changes, but one thing remains consistent - the amazing people who choose to work with children. I have been lucky enough to experience a number of different types of early years’ care and development as I started my career on a maternity ward and progressed through the quality nurseries I have had the pleasure to work with.
Although my last 12 years have been more closely linked with the business growth and development side of the nursery profession, my heart will always remain a nursery nurse. This is why I still have a realistic understanding of the extremely hard yet rewarding vocation we have chosen. I have 3 amazing children who keep me equally as busy as my students, a whole group of nurseries, and I continue to learn something from them every day.

After developing my career in childcare for over 20 years, I have come to appreciate what a unique profession we are in. This vocation we have chosen allows us to participate in a child’s formative years, on which we have an immediate and lasting impact.
Throughout my career, my mentors have encouraged me when my confidence was wavering, pointed me in the right direction when I strayed and praised me when I succeeded. I understood the importance of sharing knowledge and inspiration not only with the children but also with the staff they have nurtured.
In my business development and childcare roles, I hold the values of these people and the new practitioners I meet every day at the core of my future plans for taking the group forward.
My daughter gives me a personal angle on the amazing ways children remind us to use our imagination, try new things and have fun!
